Parlamentul Romaniei

Parlamentul României este organul reprezentativ suprem al poporului român şi unica autoritate legiuitoare a României. Parlamentul Romaniei este bicameral, fiind alcătuit din Senat şi Camera Deputatilor.

 

Orice lege trebuind să fie votată de ambele camere pentru a fi promulgată. Şedinţele celor două camere se desfăşoară separat, articolul 65 din Constituţia României definind situaţiile în care au loc şedinţe comune.
